THE STARTUP IDEAS PROGRAMME
FOR 16-18 YEAR OLDS
This summer, give your teen the space, support, and structure to shape their ideas into a real-world business pitch – with expert guidance, AI support, and a recognised qualification that boosts university applications.
IT STARTS WITH AN IDEA
FIND IT. SHAPE IT.
MAKE IT REAL.
Your teen has ideas – big ones. Maybe it’s a passion they want to turn into something more, or a problem they’re determined to solve. IdeaSpark gives them the tools to take that spark and turn it into something real.
We focus on the early stages of entrepreneurship – shaping, testing, and refining ideas – with plenty of support, no jargon, and a practical approach that builds confidence as well as skills.
And the best part? It leads to a Level 3 Certificate in Applied Entrepreneurship, worth 16 UCAS Points – a nationally recognised qualification that helps them stand out, whether they choose university, an apprenticeship, or their own path.
EXPLORE
They’ll learn how to spot real problems and develop ideas that actually solve them.
TEST
They’ll check if their idea makes sense – and improve it with feedback, tools and AI support.
PITCH
They finish the course with a business idea, a plan, and a pitch they can use in interviews or even competitions.
